AustinCSI, a fast-growing management consulting firm based in North Texas, was listed as the 11th best company to work for in the small business category by The Dallas Morning News in its exclusive annual ranking of the Top 100 Places to Work. The list is reflective of a company’s values, execution, leadership, and culture.
Karen Moree and Rizwan Sheikh, the firm’s managing partners, attribute AustinCSI’s high rankings to a strong emphasis on talented people, ethics, and the company’s culture. “For AustinCSI to be chosen as a favorite workplace in a region as large and dynamic as North Texas is a tremendous honor,” said co-founder Karen Moree. “This recognition shows commitment to provide a challenging and nurturing environment for our associates to grow both professionally and personally while delivering innovative solutions to our clients’ most difficult challenges.”
AustinCSI was founded in 2007 and has since become one of the fastest growing specialized management consulting firms in the United States. Some of the industries AustinCSI works with include telecommunications, healthcare services, consumer goods, and financial services. “We have been blessed to work with the smartest professionals who truly care for their fellow associates, their communities, and the world they live in,” Moree added.
Top 100 Places to Work Methodology: Anyone can nominate a company for consideration — an employee, the CEO, or anyone who takes an interest. To enter, a company must agree to provide email access to each of its employees or to distribute surveys and return envelopes. At least 35 percent of a company’s employees must respond to the survey to qualify; employees remain anonymous throughout the process. In 2013, WorkplaceDynamics, the company responsible for running the surveys, weighted the responses of over 69,673 workers to determine the Top 100 Places to Work. WorkplaceDynamics was established in 2006 and partners with over 40 leading publishers such as the Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, and Atlanta Journal-Constitution to produce regional Top Places to Work lists.
