Our story
Every great company has a story to tell

Every great company has a story to tell.
AustinCSI has an even better one.

This is the belief that led to the birth of AustinCSI in 2007. At the time, Karen and Rizwan could only imagine the positive impact the firm would eventually have for clients across the United States. At the onset, we entered the market with the only two employees. With fresh, innovative approaches, the firm quickly became one of the industry's fastest growing management consulting firms in the United States. Our team now spans over 10 states and is continuously growing. Fortune 50 clients have recognized us for commitment to delivering service of excellence and integrity while building on our history of success.

WBENC

The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its world class standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country. Outside of the United States, certification is provided by our alliance partner, WEConnect International.

Founded on the basis of inclusion, AustinCSI’s diversity starts with our leadership and translates to our consultants.

We are proud to display a range of talent in our firm across multiple skillsets, and a large part of our leadership is comprised of women. This benefits our clients by providing a variety of expertise from different backgrounds, making for a highly resourceful consultant base. Encouraging those around us is an important piece of who we are.

Diversity and inclusion are further displayed by empowering our consultants through our unique company culture. Having various initiatives which center around our consultant’s various strengths and abilities gives everyone an opportunity to build on both the company’s and their own personal success. Being able to have a part in the strategic direction of our company’s different components and in our community gives our consultants the drive and motivation to continue down the path of creating socially responsible leaders.

Our community

Serving all communities by giving our time and sharing our knowledge!

Community spotlight

At AustinCSI, we hold firmly to the concept that our worth is not merely found in the number of clients we serve, how many portfolios we manage, our impressive staff line-up, or our passion to produce top-tiered results. We believe that our greatest value and investment opportunity lies in the way we choose to share our time and knowledge with those around us. We seek to invest in, uplift and improve the lives of those around us; from our families, to our communities, to our nation.
